This is a stamp card from Singpost for its customers wishing them a happy Chinese New Year. The annual card has a close resemblance to a Maximum card, however, it is quite correct in the sense. If Singpost is to produce the annual card in the future, hopefully, a maximum card complying to the FIP rules will be appreciated by All.
